How Saving de Grace came to be.....

Saving de Grace is an acoustic trio featuring Angie Jones (keys/guitar/vocals), Chuck Selfe (guitar/bass/vocals), and Bronson Shanahan (percussion/vocals).

Each member has extensive experience playing in a variety of rock and pop bands in the Mid-Atlantic region.  These years of honing their craft serve them well as are adept at adapting their setlist to the preferences / vibe of any venue.

Chuck and Bronson played together for years in ChalkDust and The Urgent Low while Chuck and Angie have performed together at various venues over the past twenty years. As of 2023, the opportunity arose for the three to perform together and they knew after their first rehearsal that this collaboration was going to be special.

Saving de Grace’s signature trait is to perform familiar songs of various genres that aren’t typically heard in an acoustic arrangement. This, with the additional combination of rich harmonies and outstanding musicianship make Saving Grace an exceptional musical experience that is amenable to just about any audience.
